The Principal,

Sir,
IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS ABOUT THE SCHOOL
It is with a great sense of urgency that I write this letter to you sir. I must sincerely commend your efforts towards sanitizing our school. The school have indeed taken a new shape since the inception of your administration.
However, there are a few areas I want to draw your attention to. I have observed with dismay that many students do not come to school early. Lateness have risen to an all time high in the past few months. This is not good for the image of our school. I implore you to do all that you can to ensure punctuality among students.
Secondly, many students no longer appear in the complete school uniform. I have noticed that quite a number of students no longer wear the school tie. This is incomplete dressing and a mark of indiscipline which should be vehemently discouraged.
On the part of the teachers, I must commend their punctuality and regularity to classes. This is quite unlike what was obtainable before your arrival. Teachers now come to class when it is their lesson period and the level of teacher absenteeism has greatly reduced. This should be encouraged.
I hope my observations will be considered for appropriate action.
Yours Faithfully,
Chinonso Njoku
