It is impossible because the smaller 2 numbers need to add up to a larger number than 11 to make a triangle, because how would there be room for angles since an 11 inch angle is shorter than an 11 inch line. The angle would not be able to meet up with both ends of the 11 inch line.
The first and 2nd have to add up to more than the 3rd side.
According to the first triangle inequality theorem, the lengths of any two sides of a triangle must add up to more than the length of the third side. This means that you cannot draw a triangle that has side lengths 5, 6 and 11, for instance, since 5 + 6 is = 11
