How do I make friends without wanting to cry every time I think about trying to talk to someone new?
Anna11 [10]

I understand that making new friends can be tough and scary, but trust me, it's not as bad as you think. Before walking up to anyone, take a deep breath to gett your composure, and then go up to them. If it's someone that doesn't know you it can help break the ice by saying, "Hi, I'm ____. What's your name?"

Another thing to think about is that other people that you are trying to talk to may have the same problem, and no one is going to judge you because almost everyone understands. A lot of people are so focused on themselves that they aren't going to notice any of the small imperfections that you see ( because the imperfections you see don't exist, you are beautiful and perfect) they aren't even going to notice.

And I know you've already heard this before, but just be yourself! You got this!!

Before it was united, how was China organized?
zmey [24]

Answer:

Below will give a brief summary of how it was organised

Explanation:

Much of traditional Chinese culture, literature and philosophy first developed during those troubled times. In 221 BC, Qin Shi Huang conquered the various warring states and created for himself the title of Huangdi or "emperor" of the Qin, marking the beginning of imperial China.

China's last dynasty was the Qing (1644–1912), which was replaced by the Republic of China in 1912, and then in the mainland by the People's Republic of China in 1949.

Cina (derived from the name of the Chinese Qin Dynasty, pronounced 'Chin') which was translated as 'Cin' by the Persians and seems to have become popularized through trade along the Silk Road from China to the rest of the world.

fiasKO [112]

Answer: the correct answer is B Foot-in-the-door phenomenon

Explanation:

Foot-in-the-door (FITD) phenomenon is a compliance tactic that aims at getting a person to agree to a large request by having them agree to a modest request first.

The principle involved is that a small agreement creates a bond between the requester and the requestee. Even though the requestee may only have agreed to a trivial request out of politeness, this forms a relationship which – when the requestee attempts to justify the decision to themselves – may be mistaken for a real affinity with the requester, or an interest in the subject of the request. When a future request is made, the requestee might feel obliged to act concurrently with the earlier one.
