Since standardized shipping containers were easier to move between ships, trucks, and trains, the logistical process got simplified. This started a revolution in cargo transportation and international trade.

Globalization´s level of economic integration and trade could not have been without a standardized shipping container. Outsourcing and off-shoring of big manufacturing enterprises in developing economies were only possible because of the container.

What were the first few years of World War I like? Please be elaborate.
max2010maxim [7]
In the first few years of World War II, both sides of the war were mainly stuck in stalemate, which is like a draw neither side was gaining or losing much ground, but I'm sure as you can probably imagine it was still a gruesome war with lots of bloodsheds, injuries, and casualties, but both sides continued to try and outsmart the other side in the great war, but as stated before they were mainly stuck at stalemate in the first few years. Hope this helps :-).

was the treaty of versailles a good settlement to ensure the peace and help Europe recover from war? provide 3 reasons with expl
daser333 [38]

Answer:

No no no not at all. The first reason is that Germany has to A TON of money for war damages. This led to Germany printing more money leading to hyperinflation. The second reason is that they had to give up their territories which reduced the population severely. The final reason is that The Treaty of Versailles is what led to Hitler taking over and starting World War ll mainly because he was loyal to Germany and didn't like the Treaty one bit.
