This is because if you’re in high air polluted areas your lungs could be affected.

If you exercise in heat you’re more likely to have a heat stroke or pass out, which are both dangerous.

If equipment is made for something specific, using it wrong could result in physical injury.

The four main noncommunicable diseases are cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancers, and chronic lung diseases. However, the approximate percentage differs in lower income countries where nearly 80% die from these noncommunicable diseases. 

Through the study of World Health Organization, they found out that cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death taking an approximate 17 million deaths per year.
