One of the two major goals that the National Organization for Women worked toward when it was first founded was getting the federal government to actually enforce the new anti-discrimination laws that were supposed to be helping women.
The most important attitude of the Puritans and John Winthrop for liberty was the Natural and the Moral liberty. After the slavery was abolished in the south, the type of
cheap labor that the plantations rely on is through sharecropping. This is
considered to be a form of agriculture in which the tenant has been allowed by
a landowner in using his or her land but in exchange of sharing the crops that
the tenants produced on the land.
