Micturition
Micturition, part of the urinary process, is where the urine flows from the ureter to the urethra for excretion. This process is done because of the smooth muscles that are present in the vessels of the urethra from the bladder.

-Alcohol or drug use:Risky behaviors regarding alcohol or drug use include having at least one drink during their lifetime, currently drinking on a regular basis, having five or more drinks in a row (binge drinking experiences), trying other drugs such as cocaine, inhalants, heroin, methamphetamines, steroids, or prescription drugs.
Inadequate physical activity – Risky behavior that leads to lack of physical health is not getting enough exercise, which includes the following risk factors: not doing any cardio activity in the last week, not attending Physical Education classes, playing video games or spending time on the computer for 3 or more hours per day, watching television for 3 or more hours per day.

The first step is to go to my doctor and schedule a flu shot. If a person in my family has gotten it, my chances of getting are higher so if I were to get a flu shot, it would make it less likely that I will get it. The next step would be to take care of myself. I should wash my hands and practice good hygiene throughout this so I don't catch the flu either. I would then try to make sure my brother is healthy again. This is important because it allows him to not spread and affect others as well.
