Thesis : It is crucial that leaders are careful with the power they receive, because if they abuse their power it could lead to corruption, rebellion, and even being overthrown.

Body paragraph: One important characteristic that is looked for in a leader is the use of powers fairly and correctly. It is such a significant quality because if leaders are careless with their powers it will lead to mayhem and disorder. One example of a leader not being careful with their powers is putting too many of their beliefs and opinions in their decisions. If they’re not careful, their decisions will be too affected and they won’t listen to what the people want. This has been seen many times in history where nation’s leaders have had complete control over decisions and decided to do whatever they please and deem right.
