Your answer would be a map. Maps show all these things quite two-dimensionally and <em>map</em> them out for you, but they don't really <em>have</em> these things physically. They're often just pictures.

When using parenthetical citation, remember that the citations go at the end of a sentence and that any quotation marks should go after the citation (as that isn't what is being quoted) and remember that punctuation as well belongs outside of the parentheses.
