Which two sentences in the passage describe Leila's good study habits? Leila has midterms coming up in three weeks, so she made

a study plan that lists her priorities to help her prepare. Leila's social calendar is so full that she has very little time to study on weekdays, which she hopes to make up for by studying on the weekend. She plans to spend six hours every weekend studying in the library. Leila justifies not taking time out to study on weekdays by telling herself that she needs to have other interests. She hopes that studying for long periods without a break will help her learn all the important class material.

1.  ...so she made a study plan that lists her priorities to help her prepare.

Leila's social calendar is irrelevant.  Ignore that part.  Putting everything off until the weekend is a BAD study habit.

2.  She plans to spend six hours every weekend studying in the library.

Not the greatest example of good study habits, but at least she's planning, and the library is usually a good place to study.

Answer:

Correct answer is The grey light of day that remained lasted until three o'clock, when it, too, faded,...

Explanation:

As described in this paragraph, the main characters experience a difficult situation which is present by tension building throughout the paragraph. After mentioning of a tense situation, where fiercely sad cries were heard, the author mentiones a rising sun of a warm rose-colour which sounds as a hope arising, but immediately after that there is a mention of ill-omened grey light. Precisely this contrast between warm rose and grey colour is a represantation of a conflict which is experienced throughout the text.
