Answer

Ego effectance

Explanation:

Ego effectance start to developed since early age, when we began to gradually learn about our own skillsets and capabilities that influence the way we think about our competence in dealing with various type of problems in our life. This is a form of natural defense mechanism that human develop in order to cope with survival demands.

In general, children who had good source of positive motivation (such as parents who do not stop motivating them even when they fail)  tend to be able to measure their own competence in a more appropriate manner compared to children who don't have it.

Answer- An individual's perceived competence in dealing with environmental challenge, demand and opportunities is ego effectance.

Explanation- Today and individuals competence towards nature to protect and to deal with environmental changes and challenges is very non rigorous. The lack of ethical norms and moral values have led to lack of competency towards nature.

A person’s desire to interact with nature increases with increase in competency which happens when more than one person works in favor of environment to help maintain balance with nature. A lot of motivation and ethics need to be instilled in an individual to bring competency in protecting nature.

goldenfox [79]

Dear employees, in view of our small market and the challenges that the current period imposes on small companies, we decided to keep our business as an owner. We know that this choice is a big challenge and that it will cause us less funding to invest in our products, which can be a competitive disadvantage and can generate us less profits, however, this choice allows us to have more control in our production, that we can choose our suppliers and that we can choose the type of sales and marketing that best suits our region. I count on your support and effort to overcome this phase and become bigger and bigger according to our own desires.

Which design could provide the most valid non intervention measure with demonstration of experimental control?
goldfiish [28.3K]

A-B-A-B design could provide the most valid non intervention measure with demonstration of experimental control.

In statistics, the experimental design, also known as the design of experiment (DOE), is described as the layout of an information-gathering experiment in which a variation may or may not be present. Typically, controlled experiments use this phrase. In order to make the results more reliable, these tests minimize the impacts of the variable. In this design, a group of people, plants, animals, etc. may participate in an experimental unit's procedure.

Pre-experimental research designs are the most straightforward kind of experimental research designs in statistics. Following the identification of some factors as causes and effects, a group or groups are kept under observation in this method. Typically, this approach is used to determine whether the targeted group need additional research. This is the reason why this procedure is regarded as being economical.
