What specific military tactics does Stalin suggest the Soviets use to defeat Hitler? A. Soldiers should force prisoners of war t
Leokris [45]

Answer:

B. Goods and valuable property should be moved or destroyed to prevent enemy use.

Explanation:

Initially stalin used a "Not one step back approach" meant that all positions be held at all costs which means that most of the commanding officers that have suffered defeats as Germans had advanced to subdue the Soviet Union be shot and replaced. Then, political commissars enforced the tactic that there should be no retreat from the Germans. But, Stalin soon realized that tactical retreats were necessary and He suggests that anything or property of material value to the German's be destroyed.

Stalin moved the entire factories East beyond Urals and out of reach for the Germans. This approach allowed The Soviets Union to produce military hardware like tanks, and planes at a pace which the Germans were unable to match.

What do Britain and the West Indies have in common with New England?
Stells [14]
One could argue that one similarity that Britain and the West Indies had with the New England colonies was that they all shared in the same "triangle trade", which brought large amounts of slaves to the Caribbean and large amounts of sugar and other products to Britain.

Explain the positive or negative impact of the proclamation of 1763
lutik1710 [3]
After the conclusion of the French and Indian War in America, the British Empire began to tighten control over its rather autonomous colonies. In response to Pontiac’s Rebellion, a revolt of Native Americans led by Pontiac, an Ottawa chief, King George III declared all lands west of the Appalachian Divide off-limits to colonial settlers.

This royal proclamation, issued on October 7, 1763, closed down colonial expansion westward beyond Appalachia. It was the first measure to affect all thirteen colonies. The edict forbade private citizens and colonial governments alike from buying land or making any agreements with natives; the empire would conduct all official relations. Furthermore, only licensed traders would be allowed to travel west or deal with Indians. Theoretically protecting colonists from Indian rampages, the measure was also intended to shield Native Americans from increasingly frequent attacks by white settlers. The proclamation also established three new mainland colonies: Quebec, West Florida and East Florida, while extending Georgia’s southern border and granting land to soldiers who had fought in the Seven Year's War.

And just guess of did is positive or negative. Also don't use the EXACT words used here I got it from the Internet so put it like ur own words

What natural resources in the congo did belgian imperialist want to capitalize on?
Olegator [25]
The natural resources included gold, diamonds, cooper, cobalt, and rubber. These resources were tapped by the native Congo population through a system of slave labor implemented  by King Leopold II. This made the Belgian government/economy prosper at the hands of the slave laborers in this country. This brutal regime resulted in the deaths of thousands of Congo citizens.
