The sinking or Lusitania on 7 May 1915 was a significant event during WW1. It was a passenger liner sunk by German submarine during World War 1. It lead to America declaring war on Germany.

The council of Trent was called to host sessions and debate on how the Catholic church should respond to reformation. The Jesuits were important because they started organizing missions worldwide in order to teach people about Catholicism and the pope and Christianity and similar things and were successful at it. The outcomes of the council were a series of declarations on how the church should behave.
