Not too sure but maybe division.. it could be 21÷ 0.6 which is 36 but then again idk BT that could be it

Length= 2+3w
Area= length times width
21= w(2+3w)
21= 2w+ 3w^2
3w-^2+2w-21=0
(3w-7)(w+3)=0
3w-7=0
Add 7
3w=7
Divide by 3
W= 7/3 answer

W+3=0
W=-3. Not possible
