The best title for Faraj's notes is the cell organelle ribosome.

Ribosomes are the smallest cell organelles present in both the prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. They are largely made up of the specialized RNA known as the ribosomal RNA. They are the sites of protein synthesis or the process of translation. They are numerous in number and may be freely floating in the cytoplasm of the cell or attached to the endoplasmic reticulum. They are made up of two components called a smaller ribosomal subunit and a larger ribosomal subunit. Prokaryotic ribosomes are of 70s type made up of a 50s larger subunit and a 30s smaller subunit. Eukaryotic ribosomes are of 80s type made up a 60s larger subunit and a 40s smaller subunit.
