First, it is important to explain that the US adopts federalism as a state form. That is, political organizations are relatively autonomous from each other. They unite to form a central government - the Union. Within the spheres of the federation, the executive branch of the state government is headed by the governors.
Thus, the state Executive Branch has the function of political articulation with the federal government, as well as with the municipalities. Although the role of the governor is important, states have a small and undefined universe of legislative and governmental responsibilities.
That statement is true. People who do not have sufficient affection on the other hand tend to be emotionally detached in facing every situations in their life. This would increase their tendency to do violent aggression or pathological Behaviors.
