The option that best paraphrases why prince is angry with Capulet and Montague is the third.

Their families have recently started three street fights.

The Prince of Verona wants to maintain peace. However, he can't restrain the violence between the Montagues and the Capulets. If the Prince can't do anything about the feud, it means that the law (which the Prince embodies) is powerless against the passions of hate and of love. As the seat of political power in Verona, he is concerned about maintaining the public peace at all costs.

In this decision making process, the students were able to come up with a large number of different places to go for the field trip. Then, with the teacher's help they narrowed that number down. Finally, all together they chose the destination. They made sure that everyone's voice was heard and enough people had input in the decision making.</span>

Read these lines from "Annabel Lee" and answer the question.
KonstantinChe [14]
This passage uses repetition to create a haunting effect in two different ways. The first way repetition is used is through literal repetition, repeating the phrase "my darling" and ending both of the final lines with the word "sea". The second form of repetition that creates this effect is the repetition of an idea. A sepulchre is an area where a person is buried, and so is a tomb, so the final two lines have the same meaning.

The change in end rhyme in from the first two lines to the last two lines is also significant, because it changes the focus of the poem from mourning the person who has been laid to rest, to the place in which she has been laid to rest.
