When trees are cut down or burnt down this can effect are climate negatively. Their stored carbon is released into the air as carbon dioxide. And this is how deforestation and forest degradation contribute to global warning.
If more ecologists keep track and are aware of this, they can prevent less of this, which means a better climate.

Oksanka [162]

The correct answer is option A

Phloem is a vascular tissue which helps in the transportation of sugars from the source tissue( where it is formed). The carbohydrates or sugars are transported from the chloroplast of the plant to the other parts of the plant. What appears to be the role of sirna in destroying the target mrna upon which it and its associated proteins act? it cleaves the
Romashka-Z-Leto [24]
siRNA guides the RISC that cleaves the target mRNA. siRNA binds to its target mRNA due to its complementarity. Small interfering RNA (siRNA) has a function in RNA interference, which means it causes gene silencing through repression of transcription. siRNA together with some proteins (like Argonaute) form the RISC. When siRNA recognize the target mRNA it causes degradation of mRNA and thus silencing the gene that encodes that mRNA.

Which statement explains the difference between multiple alleles and polygenic inheritance?
sergeinik [125]

Answer:

B. Multiple allele means more than two forms of the same gene in the population and polygenic inheritance means more than one gene contributes to the phenotype of a trait.

Explanation:

 • Multiple alleles are an alternative form of allies and can occupy the same gene ad only two of them can be found in the same organism. Such as the ABO blood group.
 • A polygenic or a multiple gene inheritance is a hypothetical gene that s often difficult to characterize and traits control a multiple of genetic loci, they are relatively small and interchangeable.

What is an example of eukaryotic gene regulation? Why is gene regulation necessary or advantageous?
Salsk061 [2.6K]
Gene regulation in eukaryotic cells is regulated by repressors as well as by transcriptional activators. Like their prokaryotic counterparts, eukaryotic repressors bind to specific DNA sequences and inhibit transcription. Any step of gene expression may be modulated, from the DNA-RNA transcription step to post-translational modification of a protein. The following is a list of stages where gene expression is regulated, the most extensively utilised point is Transcription Initiation: Chromatin domains.
