Answer: Ecosystem

The plants absorb nutrients from the soil, and nutrients help plants grow this interaction of plants and the soil can be described by a level of organization which is ecosystem. The ecosystem is a biotic community in which living organisms such as plants, animals, microbes interact with the non-living components of the environment such as sunlight, water, soil and others in order to sustain their life. Here, plants are interacting with soil in order to obtain nutrients from it as these nutrients are required for the proper plant growth.

A mistake in DNA replication, in which the wrong base is placed in the growing DNA strand, can have profound effects on the desc
Klio2033 [76]

Answer:

DNA replication is the process in which the DNA is copied and it occurs during synthesis phase of the eukaryotic cell cycle. It begins with an enzyme breaking the bonds between complementary bases in DNA which exposes the bases inside the molecules so they can be read by another enzyme and used to build two new DNA strands with complementary bases.

Explanation:

The original strand is: TAGCGTT

                                      ATCGCAA

The Mutated strand is: TGGCGTT

                                       ATCGCAA

The replicated strand is: GAATCAC

umka2103 [35]

Answer:

Primers should be:

3 'ACGTATGTCGCTTAGT 5'

5 'ACGTTCCAGTCAATGA 3'

Explanation:

DNA replication occurs with the need for the presence of primers that are a small sequence of nitrogenous bases that will allow the initiation of replication.

Primers are extremely important in PCR and are represented as small pieces of single-stranded DNA that specify the region of DNA that should be replicated during PCR. These primers attach to the single strand of DNA by pairing the nitrogenous bases allowing the DNA polymerase to recognize where replication begins.

Regarding the question above, the primers should be:

3 'ACGTATGTCGCTTAGT 5'

5 'ACGTTCCAGTCAATGA 3'

Explain the process of oxidative emtavoiliusm in details
Shalnov [3]

Answer:

When energy is consumed in a process, chemical energy is made available for synthesis of ATP as one atom gives up electrons (becomes oxidized) and another atom accepts electrons (becomes reduced).
