So setting up an equation might make this problem easier so I did.

The first equation is 0.25x+0.10y=19.30

The second equation is x+y=94

I forgot what to do after that so I started playing around with numbers using the two equations, and I ended up getting 28 dimes and 66 quarters.

0.25 (66) + 0.10 (28) = 19.30

66+28=94
