Answer:

the source of the Holy Spirit

Explanation:

It was during the eleventh century that there arose a difference in the political and theological thoughts between the Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Churches. The most highlighting issue was the procession of the Holy Spirit. One believed in the procession from the father while the other believed that the process of the Holy Spirit was from the Father to the Son. The Eastern Orthodox Churches believed on the Greek Philosophy while the Western Churches believed on the Roman thinking and law.

Solve x- 8x = 20 by completing the square. Which is the solution set of the equation?
nlexa [21]

The right question is

x ^{2} -8x=20

now multiply 1/2 by the coefficient of x which is 8

\frac{1}{2}  \times 8=4

now add square of 4 on both side of equation we will get

{x}^{2} -8x+ {4}^{2} =20+ {4}^{2}

(x-4)^2=20+16

(x-4)^2=36

taking square root on both sides

we get

(x-4)=-+6

x-4=6,  x-4=-6

x=6+4 , x=-6+4

x=10,-2

so third option is correct

if u find any confusion u can ask me

i hope you will understand it

Thank u

According to Marshall's decision, how do the Cherokee qualify as a political body unto themselves (a nation or state)
statuscvo [17]

Answer:

Cherokees qualified as a domestic dependent nation and not a foreign state because they had a dependent relationship with the United States akin to that existing between a "ward and his guardian".

Explanation:

In the year 1832 in the USA, the Cherokee Nation tried to get a federal injunction against laws passed by the state of Georgia which deprived them of certain rights they were allegedly privileged to on their land.

However, the Supreme Court did not hear the case on its merits because It ruled that it had no original jurisdiction in the matter because Justice Marshal said that the Cherokees was a domestic dependent nation since they had a dependent relationship with the United States akin to that existing between a "ward and his guardian" and that they were not a foreign state.
