not demoiselle (his is Middle Age !) but Mademoiselle

the number 2 comment t'appelles-tu doesn't seem correct. The "tu" isn't formal and a seller never ask you your name !!!!!!

j'aime le poisson (not la)

Je vends du poisson = not correct = je vends des bijoux (he sells jewels)
1- je préfère le poisson = useless
