Answer: Main responsibility of all members is to ensure justice is granted to the party .

The members of courtroom consist of judges, lawyers, parties, witness, courtroom deputy and courtroom reporter.

Responsibility of judge:

  • to preside over proceedings
  • to determine the legality of evidence
  • to determine the facts and decide the case
  • to sentence convicted criminals defendants

Responsibility of lawyers

  • to speak to the witness, judge or jury
  • to bring out the facts favorable for clients

Responsibility of parties

to be present in the courtroom

we have witness in the courtroom whose responsibility is to give testimony about the facts.

Besides this we have courtroom deputy who sits near the judge and administer oath to witness. The court room reporter stands near the witness and type records.
