The civil service system of America has changed a lot after the presidency of George Washington. The count of the departments in the cabinets has gone three times more compared to what was established by George Washington. To handle the affairs and the business of the government, there are more corporations and administrations now.

Jobs of the government department can be applied by the common people also. Now the bureaucrats not only deal with social and economic policies but also protect the domestic people from foreign enemies and work for their betterment.
