A piece of aluminium has a volume of 6.0cm^3 and a density of 2.70 g\cm^3 what is its mass????

Density = Mass / volume is the original equation. 

If we change it to solve for mass:

Mass = (Density)(volume)

Plug in the numbers:

M = (2.70 g/cm^3)(6.0cm^3) = 16.2 g
