Answer:

General Guglielmo Pepe was one of the Carbonari leaders of the revolution in Italy in 1820. He was able to revolt against the Crown and briefly controlled a part of Sicily.

Explanation:

General Guglielmo Pepe played an important role in the Italian Revolution of 1820-1821, which was one of a wave of revolutions to hit European countries like Spain and Portugal and Italy in these years.  For example, the Spanish people successfully revolted in 1820 over disputes about their Constitution, and this encourages a similar movement in Italy. A regiment in the army of the Two Kingdoms of Sicily mutinied and was able to take part of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. They pressed King Ferdinand I for a Constitution but were eventually defeated. Pepe was a member of the Carbonari, an informal network of secret societies that favored revolution in Italy from about 1800 to 1831. Pepe went into exile after the uprising was squelched and his colleagues in the Carbonari were executed or imprisoned.

What were the differences between the piety of 19th century Protestants (revivals), and 17th century Puritans and 18th century d
Scorpion4ik [409]

Answer:

The differences between the piety of 19th century Protestants (revivals), and 17th century Puritans and 18th century deists (some founding fathers) is discussed below in details.

Explanation:

  • The Puritanism that occurred under those such as the Mathers is a perfect, wholly contrived, rather round concept that consisted of five separate agreements.
  • The most important difference is that they considered predestination whereas the present Protestant has adopted Salvation by Grace.
  • Puritans held the view that individuals were not created similar, and certain selves were decided for bliss, while others were not to be as blessed.
  • On the other hand, Deists were strong devotees in the idea that every person was created equal.

exis [7]

The origin of the 1905 revolution goes back to the recently-concluded Russo-Japanese War, in which Japan placed a serious check on Russia's power to expand in East Asia. Many Russians saw this outcome as a source of humiliation, and supported an effort to remove the Tsar because of it.
