The correct answer is C) improvements in working conditions for Chinese workers.

The completion of the Transcontinental Railroad resulted in all of the following except the improvements in working conditions for Chinese workers.

The owners of both companies that build the Railroad -the Union Pacific and Central Pacific railroads- meet in Promontory, Utah and finally, both coasts of the U.S. were connected. Now, transcontinental railroad travel was posible with the many advantages that followed. But one of the thing that not resulted from the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad resulted in all of the following except the improvements in working conditions for Chinese workers.
