I believe the correct answer is: to support the
article’s and Zimbardo’s argument regarding the influence of social conditions
on behavior.
In the article “What makes good people do bad
things?”, Melissa Dittmann purposely included John Watson’s 1974 and Dr.
Bandura’s 1975 experiments to support hers and professor’s Phillip Zimbardo’s
opinion that social conditions influence behavior. Their experiments illustrate
that people are more aggressive if they stay anonymous, but are on their best behavior

Answer:
Hey there!
English classes are an essential part of education, as they enhance your communication, and social skills. The techniques and skills that you learn in English class, can make for better and more powerful writing, fluent reading, and correct grammar when speaking, and learning these skills can make you a better, and more persuasive person. English classes also (at least in my experience) teach you how to get ideas across to others. You can have an idea, but without the proper way to address it, it just remains a thought, and not a plan in action. Thus, this is why I believe that english classes are essential to education.

HE meant if freedom is for America then why isnt a black man? A African American is in apart of America than why isnt he free like the rest?
he originally gave the speech to the Ladies' Anti-Slavery Society in Rochester, New York
here is a summary of the speech:
While still a young slave in Maryland, Frederick Douglass taught
himself to read, whereupon he discovered that he was as capable of
thinking and reasoning as any free man, and therefore ought to be free.
Upon making good his escape to New York, Douglass earned wide renown as
an outspoken and eloquent critic of the institution of slavery. In this
speech before a sizeable audience of New York abolitionists, Douglass
reminds them that the Fourth of July, though a day of celebration for
white Americans, was still a day of mourning for slaves and former
slaves like himself, because they were reminded of the unfulfilled
promise of equal liberty for all in the Declaration of Independence.
