If I'm not mistaken, its 3 points, -5, \frac{1}{2}, and 3. PLease put commas next time :|

So imagine this is a number line...

-10               <u>-5</u>                 0 \frac{1}{2}         3                    10

\frac{1}{2} is half of 1, so that should be the correct way on plotting the 3 points.
