Answer;

-Isotonic solution

Explanation;

-An isotonic solution refers to two solutions having the same osmotic pressure across a semipermeable membrane. This state allows for the free movement of water across the membrane without changing the concentration of solutes on either side.

-An isotonic solution has an equal concentration of water and solutes. If a cell is placed in an isotonic solution, the cell will neither shrink nor swell. The water will move into and out of the cell at the same rate. In the case of a red blood cell, isotonic conditions are ideal, and the body has homeostatic (stability-maintaining) systems to ensure these conditions stay constant.

What would be the expected frequency of dewlap extensions a pushups in males while in the presence of females and a predator vs
aliya0001 [1]

Answer:

B

Explanation:

The correct answer is option B

B) Lower frequency for both dewlap extension and push ups.

After a predatory attack, both dewlap extension and pushup decreases whereas during mating with the female both dewlap extension and pushup tend to increase. So, from the above comparison we can say that expected frequency of dewlap extensions a pushups in males while in the presence of females and a predator decreases.
