Ok so to start you need to add the all of the leangth to gether to get 1323 ft. the you convert that to yards (441 yards) then you multiply 441 yard by 31 and you get your answer ($13671)

Find perimiter aka legnth areound sine fence goes around

144+189+330+330+330=1323 feet'
find how many yards that is since it is 31 per yard
3 foot=1 yard
1 foot=1/3 yard
1323 times 1/3=441 yard
cost=cost per yard tiems nubmer of yards
cost=31 times 441
cost=$13761
