Square the 1.5:
1/3 * 2.25π * 4.5

The value of π is 3.14, so input that value:
1/3 * 2.25(3.14) * 4.5

Multiply 2.25 and 3.14:
1/3 * 7.065 * 4.5

Multiply all the values (You should use a calculator for this last part, since doing this by hand is a bit impractical):

1/3 * 7.065 * 4.5 = 10.5975

The sugar cone must be filled with 10.5975 cubic inches of ice cream.
