The answer is B.  Tan is presenting the example <em>"limited English"</em>, which is just <em>one of many</em> other terms she heard before, to express how bad they seem. Because, when people deem those whose knowledge of the Mother Tongue <em>is not as the native speaker</em>, therefore is limited, they are defining everything as limited, even their speaking perceptions.

Do you agree with Bruno’s mother that he should stop talking to his imaginary friend? Explain your answer.
GaryK [48]
I will give you two explanations:

- Yes if Bruno is being psychologically damaged by talking to his imaginary friend. Only his mother or those around him on a daily basis would know the affects his imaginary friend is creating. If it is harmful to him and those around him the habit is worth breaking.

- No if Bruno finds his imaginary friend to be kind, listening, and one of the only friends he have. If Bruno imaginary friend brings relief and positive energy to his life that friend is worth keeping.

Sliva [168]

Answer:

Answered

Explanation:

Social constructionism helps us understand the social problems process. This approach suggests that the degree to which a social problem is perceived as problematic, also the kind of problem it is understood to be. It is a function of social interaction.

Drinking and driving is not only embarrassing but also a threatening crime in USA. But it was that way always, somewhere it is serious crime whereas else where is not.
