The Oregon School Law made in 1922 in the United States state of Oregon the requirements of the law is that children of school age are to attend only public schools. The law was later struck by the United States Supreme Court as unconstitutional. The primary purpose of the law was to shut down Catholic schools in the state it affected other private schools too till it was struck down by the supreme Court.
