Honestly a lot of things. When we get to know and hear other's people experiences we can use them as a mechanism of becoming better, improving, and perhaps not commit mistakes. Knowing other people's experiences allows to be more open-minded to respectfulness, and kindness, it allows to learn and respect differences.
