Technical language is the use of special words to describe a specific and specialized activity. For instance, in the<u> </u><u>resumé</u> you need to use Technical English, as everything is related to you job experience and/or position. if you’re a Sales Rep. for instance, you might need vocabulary such as: <em>selling-closing sales, customer analysis</em>, etc… very specific words, phrases and vocabulary according to your area. In the case of a <u>college essay </u>as well as t<u>he letter to the editor</u>, they<u> cannot be possible</u> as the vocabulary varies completely, depending on the topic, of course.
The author of poem is "reflecting" on the "courage" her mother had, the "golden brooch" her mother wore, etc. The author is thinking back to memories she had of her mother.
