For example... 
obstruction in the urinary tract, such as kidney stones or any other sort of implicant that can complicate everything severely.

If you go to the bathroom irregularly, or for postmenopausal women even shift slightly that can risk your chances of developing.  

Studies have shown that women who use diaphragms have a much higher chance of UTIs.
