A <em>socialist </em>economy. This type of economy is one in which there is no private sector and everything is owned and regulated by the state. It can be said that it is mainly concerned wit helping people because, if the government is not corrupted, this economy guarantees employment ofr the people and any earnings the industry yields will be used in wellfare for them as well, and development of the country.
