87+87=174 since she wants to know if she go there and back
174 divided by 19 is  9.15
it should take her 9.15 gallons there and back
so yes she will have enough gas to go to her sisters house then back

5x + 6(x - 2) - 8 (x - 3)
Alex Ar [27]

Answer:

The value of x=-4. The figure is also attached below.

Step-by-step explanation:

Considering the expression

5x + 6(x - 2) - 8 (x - 3)

If we have to find the vale of x, then

5x + 6(x - 2) - 8 (x - 3)=0

5x+6x-12-8\left(x-3\right)=0

5x+6x-12-8x+24=0

3x+12=0

\mathrm{Subtract\:}12\mathrm{\:from\:both\:sides}

3x+12-12=0-12

3x=-12

\mathrm{Divide\:both\:sides\:by\:}3

\frac{3x}{3}=\frac{-12}{3}

x=-4

Therefore, the value of x=-4. The figure is also attached below.
