After a long talk with my community, we have come to a conclusion that we need to have a new leader, our old leader retired, so now we need a new one. The question is, how do we choose one? The representative said "Our community lack communication and order, we need a leader." I think in order for us to meet this need, we need to assemble titles and positions to people, to fix the lack of communication, and vote on a leader to fix the lack of order.
