I wish I could end poverty.

Explanation:

Poverty has been linked to several other issues that prevent individuals and social groups from leading a peaceful and fulfilling life. It is in the poorest areas of the world that certain diseases still persist, that violence is a recurrent form of obtaining power and money, that basic education is neglected, and that needs such as clean water and sanitation are non-existent. I wish I could end poverty by creating programs which would generate job and educational opportunities for people in poor areas. It would not be a miraculous process but, with time and dedication, families would see their lives improve and, consequently, other issues would also disappear or, at least, diminish in degree and extent.
