I'm sorta fluent, I lived in Mexico for a year, and before that took Spanish for 3 years and learned the language. there are some words here and there that i don't know, but what do you need help with?
The verb that is in the incorrect past tense form is decia because when it says it in the sentence, it would be mé dijo instead.
