Q1: The concern that the president has for his country is about some political danger, fearing that without his leadership, the country will be torn apart.
Q2: The sources of hope for the new nation would still be the American people. The status of the country will always depend on how Americans work as abiding citizens.
Q3: These events of Washington's presidency have influenced his opinions on these matters by telling the American people that any failures of his services throughout the years were never intentional, and that it was due to his own weaknesses and he asks forgiveness for it.
