What factor likely affected the Sibley Commission’s results?
gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

Answer:

The answer is letter B, The commission mostly interviewed white families.

Explanation:

The Sibley Commission was an assembly made in order to gather people's viewpoints regarding desegregation in Georgia's schools. They needed to consider two options, whether they'd rather close the public schools and prevent integration or allow the Federal Government to desentegrate the schools.

It turned out as a result that many of the residents wanted to close the public schools rather than choosing integration. So, this means that the commission mostly interviewed the white families because many refused. If the black families were interviewed, I'm sure they'd want the white and black people to be integrated. Integration would mean equal benefits to the black.

Thus, this explains the answer.

Do you think that informal changes to the Constitution are as important as formal amendments?
Mariulka [41]
Yes because A formal amendment to the USA constitution can only be made by a vote of 2/3 of each house of congress and then by the legislatures of 3/4 of the states, or by aconstitutional convention. Once that happens the constitution is changed, and the new provisions are law, just like the rest of the constitution.
