D) he is grumpy and immature. The reasoning behind this is that Dussel has not spoken with the Van Daans for 10 days, making him considerably grumpy. He is also not supposed to sit in the office downstairs on saturdays and sundays, but does it anyways. This behavior reminds one of the behavior of a child, leading up to why Dussel is dubbed as “immature” aswell.
