ANSWER: DBMS means Database Management System. They are type of softwares that helps one to manage data, by defining the data, manipulating the data, giving data a better integration, making data more easier to be used, and helps to easily retrieve data. They help one to save data in a more simple way by creating differents column for different Information. Examples of this softwares are Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft word etc.

Microsoft Access helps one to manage data's that are related by creating a large amount of space for analysing such data, more than many other data management softwares, like Excel.
