PLEASE HELP! THIS IS AN EASY EXPERIMENT BUT I DONT HAVE A PARTNER. PLEASE HELP ILL GIVE YOU 50 POINT!!!! IT won't TAKE YOU MORE

THAN 10 MINUTES TO DO THIS
Instructions
1. Find a partner to complete the experiment with you. Do not do this experiment if you or your partner has a heart condition or other medical problem.

2. Take your heart rate by placing your middle or index finger on your wrist just below the thumb. Be sure to feel a distinct pulse before you proceed further.

3. Count the number of beats in 15 seconds and multiply this number by four to get the number of beats in one minute. This is your resting heart rate.

4. Record your resting heart rate in the table.

5. You should run or jump in place for 1 minute. When completed, have your partner take your pulse and record it in the table.

6. Keep track of the time and take your pulse at 1-minute intervals after you completed the initial exercise and record these results in the table.
