Answer:

Boxing

Explanation:

Before the television generation, boxing was regarded as one of the most popular sports in the US. However, boxing lost its appeal for TV networks and watchers because of the brutality of the sport.

One of the main events that turned this around was a match from 1982. between Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini and Duk Koo Kim, after which the latter died. The tragedy made networks reconsider broadcasting of the sport that was perceived as brutal, and potentially fatal. As a result, boxing stopped being broadcast on the major TV networks in the States.

GrogVix [38]

Answer:

C)laissez-faire

Explanation:

Laissez-faire is a French expression, which means, in simple translation "let the market do". This term is the greatest symbol of economic liberalism and claims that the government of a country must stay away from trade, not being able to "get their hands on" that sector and let the trade itself regulate itself. In that case, the government should only maintain property rights and not engage in any kind of commercial pursuit.

As can be seen in the question above, Tocquevilles is talking about Laissez-faire, as he is arguing about the government's departure from trade.

How is water different than other liquids?
poizon [28]
Pretty sure it’s A
because it expands when it’s a liquid, so it couldn’t expand if it is frozen. But it also isn’t going to get smaller as it freezes. If you put a glass of water in the freezer over night, the water level would still be the same.
i hope this helps. Brainliest pls?
