A leader demonstrates integrity by always being honest and morally upright in all the things decisions he or she makes whether for himself of for the others. A leader with integrity must act and speak accurately and truthfully always. He or she must learn walk his talk and live with his preachings. In the middle of controversies and crisis, a leader with integrity is expected to act objectively and listen to both sides of the issues. He/ she must not favor wrongdoings for subjective and personal reasons but must always demonstrate to his people the value of honesty and justice.
