The internal conflict arises because somehow inside we feel guilty about doing something that is not known to our subconscious mind, or we are in doubt about something of our personality or about any decision we need to fulfill. In other words, internal conflict is a situation where our subconscious makes us worried about something particular of ours. We are in doubt, or frustrated and sad, that takes away our inner peace.

An example of this is set out in letter A, where a boy is concerned because of his doubt. The boy is in doubt and needs to make a decision that will greatly influence his future. He must choose between playing soccer or taking dance classes.
