In other words, internal conflict is a situation where our subconscious makes us worried about something particular of ours. We are in doubt, or frustrated and sad, that takes away our inner peace.

An example of this is set out in letter A, where a boy is concerned because of his doubt. The boy is in doubt and needs to make a decision that will greatly influence his future. He must choose between playing soccer or taking dance classes.
